We spent the last ten days in northern Michigan. Our friends joined us for part of the time, my parents for the rest of it. Evan celebrated his 12th birthday. We went to the Traverse City Film Festival. We also hiked, kayaked, and biked, but mostly, we ate and drank like there was no tomorrow.
